Meditation is the art of being still and resting your mind, your body and your soul. Here we have chosen some of our favourite meditations for life’s road bumps. Using these on a regular basis can ease your thoughts, provide healing and bring your life back into perspective.
Meditation is not easy to do so practice and try different ones until you find what is right for you. If your thoughts wander, that is okay. Acknowledge them, let them go and bring yourself back to your practice.
